Yarn kit for the Sonja Sweater by PetiteKnit in a single-strand version with Santiago by Mayflower Denmark.

The Sonja Sweater is wonderfully simple while also being incredibly comfortable. It has a relaxed construction and is featherlight and oversized.

You knit your Sonja Sweater seamlessly from the top down, and in the round from the armholes, using Santiago by Mayflower Denmark. This super-light brushed yarn is exceptionally soft and fluffy. It has the properties of lightweight wool while feeling wonderfully soft.

Size guide

The Sonja Sweater should have approximately 30 cm of positive ease in the smaller sizes, with gradually less ease in the larger sizes.  The sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a body bust measurement of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The measurements of the finished sweater can be found on the front page. Please note: These measurements apply only if the gauge is maintained. Measure yourself first before starting the actual knitting to determine the size that suits you best. If your bust measurement (or the widest part of your body) is 90 cm, you should choose size S. A size S sweater has a bust measurement of 120 cm and would therefore have 30 cm of positive ease in this case.
