How to return an item:

 

Would you like to return all or part of your order?

No problem, the cancellation period is 30 days. Please also refer to our cancellation policy.

1. Fill out our return form and include it with your shipment: Return form

2. Pack all items carefully.

3. We cover the cost of one return per order if you return the goods from Germany.

Send a message to info@gute-garne.de to receive your return label.

For additional return shipments from Germany for goods from the same order, and for returns from another country to Germany, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.
