Yarn kit for the Novice Sweater by PetiteKnit.

The Novice Sweater is knitted from the top down. This means that you begin with the neckline, then knit the yoke, followed by the body, and finally the sleeves. The sweater is worked in stockinette stitch, while the edges are knitted in ribbing.

This simple sweater is a wonderful project for every beginner! For experienced knitters, it is a lovely, relaxing knit. The fit is casual and classic, so your Novice Sweater will be a long-term favorite!

Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL fit a bust circumference of approx. 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. The Novice Sweater should have 5–10 cm of ease (positive ease). This means that if you have measured a bust circumference of 90 cm (measure yourself with a tape measure), you should knit size S, which has a bust circumference of 98 cm.
