Yarn kit for the Novice Slipover - Man by PetiteKnit.

The Novice Slipover is very simple and easy to knit, making it ideal for beginners. The vest also looks great, is practical, and keeps you warm.

You knit the Novice Slipover from the top down, seamlessly, and in the round from the armholes onward. It is knitted with Peer Gynt by Sandnes Garn, a beautiful, lightweight wool yarn that is wonderfully classic and very durable, while also having a lovely, voluminous texture.

With its classic shape and straight cut, the Novice Slipover is simple and effortlessly beautiful—it will be a long-lasting companion.

Size guide

The Novice Slipover Man should have approximately 10 cm of positive ease compared to your bust measurement. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a personal bust measurement of 86-91 (91-96) 96-101 (101-107) 107-113 (113-119) 119-124 (124-132) 132-144 cm. The measurements of the finished vest can be found on the front page of the pattern. Take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your bust measurement (or the widest point of your body) is 101 cm, you should choose size L. A vest in size L has a bust measurement of 111 cm and would therefore have 10 cm of positive ease.
