Yarn kit for the Novice Slipover Kids by PetiteKnit.

The Novice Slipover is simple, uncomplicated, and undeniably beautiful! It is super comfortable and can be worn all year round!

You knit your Novice Slipover seamlessly from the top down, working in the round from the armholes onward. We have put together yarn kits for you using the uniquely beautiful, soft, and elastic merino yarn Double Sunday by Sandnes Garn.

The embroidery is not included in the pattern, but you can easily add it.
For the cute bees, you will need:
Sunday in the colors cacao nibc 3091, pineapple 2013, and whipped cream 1012.
For the mushrooms, you will need:
Sunday in the colors whipped cream 1012 and poppy 4008.

Size guide

The Novice Slipover Junior should have approximately 10 cm of positive ease in relation to the chest circumference. Sizes 1–2 (2–3) 3–4 (4–5) 5–6 (6–7) 7–8 (8–9) 9–10 (10–12) 12–14 years correspond to a body chest circumference of approximately 53 (54) 56 (57) 59 (62) 64 (68) 72 (77) 82 cm. The measurements of the finished vest can be found on the front page (note that these measurements only apply if the gauge is correct). If you/the recipient has a chest circumference of 62 cm, you should choose size 6–7 years. A vest in size 6–7 years has a chest circumference of 72 cm and would therefore have 10 cm of positive ease in this case. If the measured chest circumference differs from the stated age, you should adjust the length to fit the wearer. The same applies if the child is smaller/larger than average.
