Yarn kit for the Novice Slipover by PetiteKnit in the single-ply version with Santiago from Mayflower Denmark.

The PetiteKnit Novice Slipover is a very easy-to-knit, simple vest.

The model is perfect for beginners. You knit in stockinette stitch from top to bottom with Santiago from Mayflower Denmark. This makes your vest super cozy and light.

First, the back is knitted, then stitches are picked up along the cast-on edge to shape the shoulders, which are then joined in the round at the front to form the front side.

The front and back are gathered under the armholes to form the body, which is knitted in the round on a circular needle. Stitches are picked up around the neckline and armholes for the ribbed edges.

Size guide

The Novice Slipover should have a positive ease of about 17 cm relative to your bust circumference.

The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL fit a bust circumference on your body of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm.

Measure yourself first before you start knitting to determine the size that fits you best.

If your bust circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S, as it has a bust circumference of 107 cm.
In this case, the slipover would have a positive ease of 17 cm.
