We want you to be satisfied with your order.
Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.
For additional return shipments from Germany for goods from the same order and for returns from countries other than Germany, you will bear the direct return shipping costs.

Description

Lopi Wool Detergent (Ullarsápa) is a soap specially designed for washing wool.

You can use the detergent both for hand washing and in the washing machine on the wool program.

Hand washing:
Dissolve Lopi wool soap in lukewarm water (approx. 30°C).
Recommended dosage:
approx. 25 ml (about 2 caps) in 5 liters of water.
Soak the garment for about 10 minutes, except for garments made of Plötulopi, which should not be soaked.
Wash gently.
Rinse very well until the water is completely clear.
Gently squeeze out, do not rub or wring.
Smooth and lay flat in the desired shape to dry.

Machine washing:
Put Lopi wool soap into the detergent compartment of the washing machine. Use only on the wool program.
Recommended dosage:
approx. 75 ml (about 6 caps) for 4-5 kg of laundry.
Remove the laundry immediately after the program ends and lay flat in the desired shape to dry.
Not all wool garments are machine washable!
