The Esther Sweater can be worn all year round. It is knitted from Double Sunday by PetiteKnit and is therefore not only very soft and easy to care for but also super stretchy and grippy: simply comfortable.

The Esther Sweater Junior should have a positive ease of approximately 20 cm in relation to the chest circumference. Sizes 1-2 (2-3) 3-4 (4-5) 5-6 (6-7) 7-8 (8-9) 9-10 (10-12) 12-14 years fit a chest circumference of 53 (54) 56 (57) 59 (62) 64 (68) 72 (78) 82 cm. The dimensions of the finished sweater can be found on the front of the instructions (note that these dimensions only apply if the stitch sample is adhered to). If you/the recipient has a chest circumference of 56 cm, for example, you should choose size 3-4 years. A sweater in size 3-4 years has a chest circumference of 77 cm and in this case would have a positive ease of 21 cm. If the measured chest circumference differs from the age recommendation, you should adjust the length according to the person you are knitting for. The same applies if the child is smaller/larger than average.
