Yarn package for the Esther Jacket by PetiteKnit.

The Esther Jacket features a dreamlike pattern, uniquely beautiful with classic triangles. It isn't too difficult to knit, but looks incredibly good.

The Esther Jacket is perfect as a true transitional-season jacket; you can wear it for gardening as well as with a dress! 

The Esther Jacket is worked seamlessly from the top down in the textured pattern.

We have put together a one-strand yarn package for you with Fritidsgarn by Sandnes Garn. Fritidsgarn is super lightweight, pure wool, wonderfully warm and very durable. 

Knit a gauge swatch first to determine the needle size that works best for you. Feel free to make the swatch by following the chart in the pattern.

Size guide

The Esther Jacket should have approximately 24 cm of positive ease in the smaller sizes, with gradually less ease in the larger sizes. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a body bust circumference of 75–80 (80–85) 85–90 (90–95) 95–100 (100–110) 110–120 (120–130) 130–140 (140–150) cm. The finished jacket measurements can be found on the cover page. Take your own measurements before starting to knit to determine which size fits you best. If your bust circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S, as it has a bust circumference of 114 cm and provides 24 cm of positive ease in this example.
