Size guide

The Cloud Sweater Junior should have approximately 20–25 cm of positive ease in relation to the chest circumference. Sizes 1–2 (2–3) 3–4 (4–5) 5–6 (6–7) 7–8 (8–9) 9–10 (10–12) 12–14 years fit a body chest circumference of 53 (54) 56 (57) 59 (62) 64 (68) 72 (78) 82 cm. The measurements of the finished sweater can be found on the front page of the pattern (please note that these measurements only apply if the gauge is maintained). If you or the recipient, for example, has a chest circumference of 62 cm, you should choose size 6–7 years. A size 6–7 years sweater has a chest circumference of 87 cm and would therefore have 25 cm of positive ease in this case. If the measured chest circumference differs from the age recommendation, you should adjust the length according to the person you are knitting for. The same applies if the child is smaller or larger than average.
