Yarn package for the Cara Sweater by LeKnit.

Cara means friend in Irish, and this beautiful patterned sweater has the potential to accompany you like a loyal friend!

The Cara Sweater is worked from the top down in the round using Sandnes Garn's super-durable Peer Gynt yarn. It is therefore made from 100% wool and becomes softer over time as it is worn.

The patterns are classic Irish Aran patterns that give the sweater a dense texture. The lack of cable patterns on the side panels—and the undersides of the sleeves—gives the sweater a great fit.
