The Project Guarantee applies to additions that you can demonstrably use for your originally ordered knitting or crochet project.

The reordered items themselves are not free. The The Worry-Free Project Guarantee covers only the regular Shipping costs for an eligible repeat order.
Requirements
Which orders does the guarantee apply to?

2. Warranty Coverage
Under the Sorgenfrei Project Warranty, the warranty provider covers, once, as part of an eligible project supplement, the regular shipping costs for an additional order with a delivery address in Germany.
The price of the reordered goods must be paid in full.
3. Covered Goods
The warranty is granted for original orders that contain at least one of the following products:
- Yarn
- Yarn Bundle
- Knitting Kit
- Crochet Kit
The free-shipping repeat order must contain items that as a clearly traceable supplement to the originally purchased project can be used.
4. Duration
The Sorgenfrei Project Warranty begins on the day of the original order and ends after 30 calendar days.

6. Claiming the Warranty
