We ship quickly and reliably with DHL from Monday to Friday.
Packaging and shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.90.Shipping is free for orders with a value of €79 or more.
One return per order is free of charge—write a message to info@gute-garne.de to receive a return label.
For additional returns from Germany for items from the same order, and for returns from a country other than Germany, you bear the direct return shipping costs.
Shipping to the EU
We ship quickly and reliably with DHL from Monday to Friday.
Packaging and shipping costs are a flat rate of €9.90.Shipping is free for orders with a value of €149 or more.

Shipping to Switzerland

International delivery times
Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium: Delivery within 2–5 days.
All other EU countries: Delivery within 3–8 days.
